School Safe Committee

Welcome to our Safe Schools Anti-bullying Web Page.

With the changes to the provincial legislation regarding Safe Schools, Bill 157 - Keep Our Kids Safe At School), we have instituted some changes to how we deal with student behaviour and incidents of bullying.

Our Safe Schools Team is comprised of students, parent representation, community representation, and staff members. The team will help us make sure that the school is as safe as it can be. We will be reviewing the school code of conduct and the board policies and procedures that govern how we respond to incidents of inappropriate behaviour. Also, the Safe Schools Team will examine the results of our upcoming School Climate Survey and provide suggestions as to how we can improve safety here. Please contact Danielle Carson if you wish to participate on our team.
